Otogara hiç girmemiş otobüs yolcuları minibüsle otobana çıkarıp açık alanda 20 dk soğukta beklemişler. Ve Batman'a gelesiye kadar sadece Urfa ve Diyarbakır otogarına girmişti. İkram 1 kere çay vermişler. Kimseye tavsiye etmiyorum. I bought 2 tickets for the 8 am bus at Adana bus station on 20.11.2021 for my mother and father. The bus passengers, who had never entered the bus station, took the minibus to the highway and waited in the cold for 20 minutes in the open area. Sefer iptal etmişler,koltugumuzun yerini değiştirmişler,kendi kendinize iş yapacaksanız biz niye bilet alıyoruz o zaman... Hijyen,iletişim,ikram,araçlardaki teknolojik özellikler hepsi fiyasko... Biletimi internetten aldığım için iade etme şansım oldu ama birdaha kesinlikle araçlarına binmem. I bought a ticket from Konya to go to Izmir.
