★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Me as a Turkish and British citizen got treated very badly whereas others citizens from different country's got treated good. One of the chefs started arguing with a little kid and I was disgusted in the chef, overall all the only bad things was the chefs but otherwise the swimming pools were amazing and the activities were pretty good?

1) Beach and hotel territory
2) Halil and Ferhat are the best guys that work in the hotel. Very professional and funny
What we didn't like:
1) Animator's manager doesnt promote disco that is in the hotel. This is why there are not a lot of people attending it and it sucks. Instead everyday they try to gather a crowd to take them to Alanya's club charging $10 per person.
2) No irons in rooms. Reception staff tried to overcharge us $3 a shirt when it is $1 a piece in the price list.
3) Wifi is in the lobby only and it never works
4) food
5) unprofessional staff who told me a few times "give me a dollar and I'll do it"
Once mentioned above will be fixed I'll be happy to come back
