Daha önce de Seyahat ettiğim bir firma ınternetten aldığım biletinde hezimet yaşadım sitede yazan markadan başka okuma lambaları bile ayrı ayrı yanmayan bir ki yakılmayan bir külüstür geldi
Ne bu yollara ne de Özkaymak adına yakışmadı
Hizmet kalitesi ilkesine yakışmadı...

I had a crush on a ticket I bought online from a company I traveled with before. Other than the brand written on the site, even the reading lamps did not light up separately.
It did not suit these roads or the name of Özkaymak.
It does not suit the principle of service quality...
And your customer services said let's transfer it to the fraudulent authorized person. I listened to music for 6 minutes.
Disrespect...
