Hataları onlara ait olmasına rağmen Almanyadan arayıp şikayet ettiğimde iadesini istediler. özkaya perdedeki bu ilk tecrübem kötü olmasına rağmen bu yaz tekrar onlara yeni perde diktirdim. Bu kez de ölçüleri yanlış not etmişler. Arayıp yanlışı izah etmeme müsade etmeden kabaca beni tersleyip hatalarını kabul etmediler. Müşteri memnuniyeti diye bir şey yok bunlarda. Anca suç bastırıp 65 yaşındaki bir bayana "manyak" diyebilecek kadar kaba ve yüzüne telefonu kapatacak kadar saygısızlar.
Normalde 1 yıldız bile hak etmiyorlar.
I had curtains made in 2017. The curtain was sewn using two different tulle. Even though it was their fault, when I called from Germany and complained, they asked for a refund. Although my first experience with the Özkaya curtain was bad, I had them sew a new curtain again this summer. This time they got the measurements wrong. They did not accept their mistake by rudely insulting me without letting me call and explain the mistake. There is no such thing as customer satisfaction. But they are rude enough to press charges and call a 65 year old lady "crazy" and disrespectful enough to hang up in her face.
Normally they don't even deserve 1 star.
