The bench is set up nicely. The event of selling or buying a house by not allowing the buyer and seller to meet each other. It's not always something they do, of course. When you want to talk to the buyer or seller, they are always inaccessible until the time of sale is notarised. Now there is a difference between a contractor and a realtor. If you are a realtor and the house or land is not yours, you only get the commission from the sale. But they are selling the house to the buyer at a price higher than the seller's stated price. You think that you are making a profit by being cunning like this, but you are wrong.

I set out with my own brothers real estate for the construction of my house. Everything, including the deed, took place within 3 days.
