I stayed 7 nights in 2021 Eid al-Adha. Although there are some minor glitches, friends solve the problem immediately. It has friendly and caring employees and operators. If I visit Bolu again, I would prefer Özkanlar Apart.

The employees are very caring and smiling. They informed us about the places we can visit and transportation in Bolu. Although we were 5 girls, we felt very comfortable. The rooms were clean and the sheets were new Thank you for everything.

When you set a very reasonable price on the ad sites and call, they say the price is 2 or 3 times the price, the prices change according to the density of the students. You should be transparent.

We stayed seven nights over the holidays. The house was spacious and sufficient in terms of interior products. The owners were really interested in their employees, when there is a problem, they try to solve it immediately. However, the utensils, linens and bath towels in the house were in bad old condition. Our sheets had cigarette burns, the towels were clean but stained, the pans were scratched and the glasses were black. The cleaning was done by female attendants, but it was very inadequate. There was dust everywhere, there were cobwebs, the bathroom was not clean enough, especially the shower cabin and toilet cleaning was sloppy. We did not find the cleanliness expected from such a professional establishment. Also, a solution must be found for the flies. We had to kill the flies one by one on the first night. Afterwards, we took medicine and a solution should be found.

They canceled the reservation according to their minds.

It is a nice place for those who want to stay in the center of Bolu, there is traffic on Mondays, I can say that it is good except that it is close to the market place.
