It is a place of worship with a toilet and fountain in a good location. It is more than enough and necessary for industrial workers participating in the congregation during prayer times.

I don't prefer industrial mosques if I don't have to, since the officials (I don't call them imams on purpose, because they don't do Ga) in industrial mosques are torpedoed and give a political message rather than their main duty.
