★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Tam bir rezalet yaşadım. Ne desem az. Amarok kamyonetimin kasa zeminine ‘çizilmesin diye’ kauçuk kestirmek için ataşehirdeki mağazaya gittim. Yapan arkadaş kauçuğu keserken maket bıçağıyla kasayıda boydan boya 30 cm yardı ve 200 bin tl’lik yepyeni araçta boyanmasını gerektirecek bir hasar bıraktı. Üstüne özür dilemek yerine “Bu zaten benim işim değil” gibi bir şey söyleyip ortadan kayboldu. Daha vahimi başka bir eleman geldi. Ben telafi etmeye çalışacak diye düşünürken söylediği aynen şu oldu: “zaten çizilmeyecek mi!” Akıllara zarar bir kafa yapısıya karşılaştım. Hem suçlu hem güçlü ve kaba bir tavır takındı. Terbiyesizlik yaptı. Bir şey söylesem üstüme yürüyecek. Paramla rezil olup arkama bakmadan çıktım. Helal etmedim. Müşteriye nasıl davranması gerektiğini bilmeyen kaba insanlar çalışıyor. Müşteri olarak ağzım yandı. Eğitimsiz elemanlar. Yazık yani. Böyle insanlardan düzgün iş mi beklenir? Çok değil bu rezalet üstüne istediğim bir özürdü ama hem arabam hasar aldı hem de terbiyesizlikle karşılaştım. Bunu okuyorsanız bu müesseseden uzak durmanızı tavsiye ederim.
I had a complete disgrace. What can I say? I went to the store in Atasehir to cut rubber on the floor of my Amarok truck so that it would not be scratched. While the friend who made it cut the rubber, he left a damage with a utility knife that would require 30 cm of length and a 200,000 TL brand new vehicle. Instead of apologizing to him, he disappeared saying something like "This is not my business anyway." Another more serious element came. When I thought he was going to try to compensate, he said exactly: "Will it not be scratched anyway!" I came across a mind-blowing mindset. He took a guilty, strong and rude attitude. He did bad manners. If I say something, it will walk on me. I was outrageous with my money and got out without looking back. I'm not halal. Rough people who do not know how to treat the customer work. My mouth burned as a customer. Uneducated staff. It's a pity. Do you expect proper work from such people? Not so much, this was an apology I wanted upon disgrace, but both my car was damaged and I faced rudeness. If you are reading this, I recommend you to stay away from this establishment.

Gerçekten beni tanımamalarına rağmen beni çok iyi karşıladılar. Müşteri memnuiyeti, ve ilgi alaka için gerçekten teşekkür ediyorum. Çevremde bir sürü kişiye önermeme rağmen hiç bir şikayet almadım bence başarılı bir firma gönül rahatlığıyla alışveriş yapılabilecek bir firma ben kendilerini gerçekten tebrik ediyorum......İyi çalışmalar diliyorum....

I found this company while searching the internet, I looked at their comments, I saw some positive comments and some negative comments, I called and talked to them to try and I wanted to meet them and went to their places. Even though they didn't really know me, they welcomed me very well. I really thank you for your customer satisfaction and interest. Although I have recommended it to many people around me, I have not received any complaints. I think it is a successful company, a company where shopping can be done with peace of mind, I really congratulate them......I wish you a good work....
