★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Having a huge lack in communications. Terms of rent are not clearly explained and new terms appear suddenly.That really doesn't feel good and safe. They are making a full scan of your credit card and take money deposit which will be returned in a week. We also got some troubles with taking car even after confirmation by watsup. Cars are far from the best technical state.

To clients: need ask all the special conditions. After rent company take money for washing car. Not big money, but you need know about it in the beginning.
Recommend to rent car by Ozgur and Firat.
