Üç kere orijinal parçamı diye ısrarla sormamıza rağmen oradaki yetkili bey orijinal dediği halde usta bunun tam tersini söyledi. Orijinal parça kullanmıyorlar yani. Kendi ustası söyledi! Tüm bunları geçiyorum içerde eşime saldırdı oradaki dükkan sahipleri. Müşteriye saldıran bi anlayışları var. Diğer mağazalarına gidip oradaki beyfendi ile iletişime geçtik. Biz haklı olduğumuz için zararımız karşılandı. Telefon tamir konusunda burayı tercih etmemenizi öneririm.
I suggest you ignore the users with only 1 comment for this place. This is the authorized repairman of the Turkcell communication center with the KVK sign, right next to the LCW shop. Although we insistently asked three times if it was an original part, the manager there said it was original, but the master said the opposite. So they don't use original parts. Said his master! I'm going through all this, the shop owners there attacked my wife inside. They have an understanding that attacks the customer. We went to other stores and contacted the gentleman there. We were compensated because we were right. I suggest that you do not choose this place for phone repair.
