Tavsiyemiz ürünü alırken teslimat tarihini kendinizin belirlemesi ve sizin belirlediğiniz tarihin talep formuna yazılması. Oradaki personele bırakınca teslimat tarihini geç yazıyorlar firmada sizi en sona atıyor. Ayrıca gelen müşteri ile ilgilenen personel yaşlı ve deneyimsiz.
Even though we paid cash for the seating group we received from Özgüçlü Bellona on 02.07.2021, we regretted that we bought the product, even though it took one month. Our recommendation is to determine the delivery date yourself when purchasing the product and to write the date you specify on the request form. When you leave it to the staff there, they write the delivery date late, and the company puts you in the last place. In addition, the staff that deals with the incoming customers is old and inexperienced.
