It's not a trustworthy place at all, especially in the little shop next door, don't trust the guy who says "I'm the master, I had a place with you before". They hurt me badly.

I took it for yamaha bws with the same problem a total of 4 times since oil and gasoline flowed, they didn't even look at the fourth time. It continues to drip in the same way. they neither answer my phones nor respond from watsap. behavior we don't deserve...

Sorun olmayan şeylerden bile büyük sorunlar yaratmayı başarıp aylarca sizi mağdur edebilcek bir yer. Hiç bir çalışanına güven olmaz. Sakın ama sakın gitmeyin. Önünden geçerseniz yolunuzu değiştirin. Şikayet edilebilecek neresi varsa şikayet edeceğim.

I came for the first time for Suzuki burgman 200. The team welcomed the customer with a smiling face. The team is top notch both in terms of information equipment and hospitality. ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 31.01.2022 tarihinde Antalya Mondial özer servisine yeni aldığım Revival motoru 500 bakımına götürdüm.
Bakıma alındığı esnada bana herhangi bir ücret talep edileceğini söylemediler.
Motoru 15 dakikalık bakımından sonra servis bakım ücreti 50 TL ve yağ bakım ücreti 85 TL. Toplam 130 TL istendi.
Başta neden ücret talep edileceği söylenmedi dediğimde. Bi anda bağırmaya başladı.
Sorumsuz bi iş yeri.
On 31.01.2022, I took my newly bought Revival engine 500 to Antalya Mondial private service for maintenance.
They did not tell me that any fee would be charged during the maintenance.
After 15 minutes of engine maintenance, the service maintenance fee is 50 TL and the oil maintenance fee is 85 TL. A total of 130 TL was requested.
When I said why I was not told why the fee would be charged at first. He immediately started shouting.
Hassle free workplace.

Zaman zaman sadece ziyaretlerine gittiğim bile olmuştur.
Hangi kalitede, fiyat bandında ürün alırsanız alın, satış sonrası en önemli unsurlardan biri yetkili servis hizmeti ve yedek parça tedariğidir.

I have been using this service for my Mondial Nevada motor since March 2021. I have received service from them 6-7 times so far. Both İlhami Usta and Ahmet Bey have always welcomed me very well and provided the necessary service.
From time to time, I even went to visit them alone.
