★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Adamlar maskesiz eldivensiz fırın işletiyor içeri müşteriler maskeye dikkat etmeden girip çıkıyor ama fırın yetkilileri pandemiyi bahane edip 10 sn önce ödemesini yaptığım alışverişi sadece kapıdan çıkıp fırının önüne park ettiğim araçtan eşimi alıp geri geldiğimde alacağımız bunlar değilmiş dediğimizde bizde pandemiden dolayı değişim yok diyor. Bu firmada akıl tutulması en net bu fırınında görünüyor. Kesinlikle tavsiye etmem yazık sadece buradan evini geçindiren çalışanları için bu işletmenin başı ve fikri kimlerse eğitilmeli yada kökten değişmeli… Selamlar, saygılar…

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Son 2-3 haftadır ekmekler kömür gibi çıkıyor. Tekli ekmekler yanık ve aşırı pişmekten koyu kahverengi. Fırın başındaki ustalar maske ve eldiven konusunda dikkatsizler. Fırın başında böyleler ise mutfak bölümünü düşününce insan kuşkulanıyor. Evet ateş önünde maske takmak gerçekten zor anlayabiliyorum ama en azından eldiven kolluk ve bone kullanılmalı. Birgün de baklava aldım çalışan yeni çıktı şöyle taze böyle taze diye verdi gazı inanıp aldım almaz olaydım. Beklemekten şekerlenmiş bir tane yemeden attım çöpe. Çalışanların tavırları da çok hoş değil.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Kişisel deneyimim, İstanbul'da bile bu kadar profesyonel ve hijyenik çalışan, içi bu kadar ferah ve insan içine sinen, ödeme yöntemi ve barkodlu müşteri fiş ödeme sistemi olan, çalışan personel sayısı fazla olan bir fırına rastlamadım, demem o ki 6. Yıldız maalesef yok
