Firmayı temsili müşteriye ilgisi fiyat konusunda yardımcı olmaya çalışması gerçekten çok iyi ancak 2 yıldız kırmamın sebebi; bir ürün depoda durur oranın bir görevlisi vardır o ürünlerin muhafazasında görevlidir durumlarını temizliğini kontrol eder, diyelim ki böyle biri yok. Satışı gerçekleşen eşyaları evlere kurmaya giden arkadaşlar kurulacak ürünü kullanılabilir(temiz) durumda teslim alıp nihai tüketiciye kullanımı mümkün ve müşterinin ilk deneyimlediği ürünü(teşhir) son haliyle önüne sunar. Mağazada gösterilen kurumun güzel imajı satış sonrasında kalan personeller tarafında da devam etmesi gerekmektedir. Aldığım hizmetten memnun, aldığım üründen memnun değilim ve olan biteni bu kurulum ekibine anlattığımızda herhangi bir şey yokmuş gibi davranılıyor. Bunu mağazaya bildirdim ve gösterilen bu ilgi devam etti ve konu ile ilgili yardımcı olacaklarını söylediler bunun için tekrar teşekkür ederim, ürünümün değişimi yapıldıktan sonraki deneyimimi de paylaşacağım.
I would like to thank Mr. Yılmaz for his interest and his behavior both during and after the sale. It is really good that the company tries to help the representative customer with the price, but the reason why I deducted 2 stars; a product stays in the warehouse, there is an officer there, he is in charge of the storage of the products, he checks the cleanliness of their condition, let's say there is no such person. The friends who go to install the sold items in the houses receive the product to be installed in a usable (clean) condition and present the product (display) to the end consumer in its final form, which is possible to use and the customer first experienced. The beautiful image of the institution displayed in the store should be maintained by the remaining personnel after the sale. I am satisfied with the service I have received, I am not satisfied with the product I have received, and when we explain what happened to this installation team, they are treated as if nothing happened. I reported this to the store and this interest continued and they said they would help with the issue. Thank you again for this, I will also share my experience after my product was exchanged.
