★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Aslında bir yıldız bile fazla. Dershane sadece duvar ve reklam tabelaları değildir. Saglam ve kaliteli bir eğitim kadrosu gerektirir. Yanılmıyorsam mecbur kalmış ucuz öğretmenlerden oluşan kadronuz var e tabikide ucuz etin yahniside bu kadar olur. Yazik yıllarca okuyun sonrada asgari ücretin altında maaşa sizi mecbur bıraksınlar. Zaten kaliteli bir ögretmende buralarda çalışmaz. Gerci tüm dershaneci tüccarlar derya öğretmenler kendilerini bu hale getirdi. Ya eğitimsiz bir çaycı bile asgari ücret alıyor. Allah bilir sizlere sigortada yapmıyorlardır....
Actually, not even a star. Classrooms are not just walls and advertising signs. It requires a strong and qualified training staff.
