Spesifik konusarak kimsenin isine zarar vermek istemem, ama en azindan her calisanin her muessesede olmasi gerektigi gibi siz seklinde hitap etmesi gerekiyor. Senli benli ve emir kipli konusmalar asiri kaba ve yanlis. Sonucta saglik hizmeti de olsa bu hizmeti almak icin bir ucret oduyoruz. Bunun karşılığında da en azindan benim gosterdigim nezaket seviyesinde nezaket beklemek hakkim. Hic hos degil.
Employees need to be trained urgently. I do not want to harm anyone's job by talking specificly, but at least every employee must address it as you should in every establishment. You and the imperative speeches are extremely rude and wrong. Even if there is a health service, we would like to pay you for this service. In return, I have the right to expect courtesy, at least at the level of courtesy I have shown. Not nice.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Good Doctors, 2 translators were always around. Did not actual work with my ADAC Auslandskrankenschein so we had to pay up 800€ and claim it back home. ADAC told us they could have done this there... service was good and transfer was good too...
