★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Buradaki olumsuz yorumlara rağmen doktorun iyi olduğunu düşünerek randevu aldım. Randevu Alırken TSS geçerli dendi ama kayıtta randevu aldığım bölümde TSS geçerli değil dediler. 2 saatim boşa gitti. Çalışanlar yetersiz, saatlere riayet edilmiyor. Web sitesinde randevu al diye bir sayfa var, hata veriyor. Çok mecbur kalmadıkça bir daha uğramam, tavsiye etmem.

Bugün işletme tarafından arandım. Arayan yetkili, firma adına yaşananlardan dolayı özür diledi ve telafi için bir sonraki muayeneyı ücretsiz yapabileceklerini söyledi. Firmanın süreci takip etmesi hatasını kabullenmesi olumlu.. Kendilerine teşekkür ediyorum.
 Despite the negative comments here, I made an appointment, thinking that the doctor was good. While making an appointment, TSS was said to be valid, but they said TSS is not valid in the section where I made an appointment during the registration. My 2 hours wasted. Employees are inadequate, hours are not respected. There is a page called make an appointment on the website, it gives an error. I wouldn't stop by again unless I absolutely have to, I wouldn't recommend it.

I got a call from the business today. The caller apologized for what happened on behalf of the company and said that they could do the next inspection free of charge for compensation. It is positive that the company has accepted the mistake of following the process. I thank them.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 2.Subat 2022 tarihinde oğlum dustuğu icin hastaneye getirdim kolunda kirik falan var mi ogrenmek icin.Tamamlayici sigortam var.Anlaşması oldugu halde sistemlerinde bir sikinti var falan diyerek ordan giriş yapmak istemediler.Ama girişteki danişmadaki bayanlarin isteksiz ve bastan savar tavirlarindan bir tuhaflik oldugunu anladim. Allahtan Acil Dr vardi da insiyatif kullanarak bizi sikintidan kurtardi derdimize care oldu.Röntgenimiz cekildi ve dr muayene etti. Allah ondan ve Radyoloji teknikerinden razi olsun Ozellikle kendilerine tesekkur etmek istedigim için isimlerini aldim Dr. Kemal Kasap ve Tekniker Muhammed Sapak'a iyi niyetli tavirlarindan dolayi çok tesekkur ederim...Mim hastanesi bitmiş.Yakinda kapanir....Hastane demeye bin şahit hastane....

He took care of our problem. Our x-ray was taken and the dr examined him. May God bless him and the Radiology technician, I took their names especially because I wanted to thank them, Dr. I would like to thank Kemal Kasap and Technician Muhammed Sapak for their well-intentioned attitudes... Mim hospital is finished. It will close soon.... A thousand witnesses to say a hospital....

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Çok uzun yıllar hastane çalışması yaptım ve şu anda emekliyim. Hastanelerde işler nasıl yürür bir miktar bilgim var. Kadın doğumda kontrol amaçlı muayenem vardı .Dr.Gülcan Kocaoğlu Hekimoğlu son derece samimi ve ilgiliydi.çok memnun kaldım. Fakat saat 11:00 randevusuna girebilmek için yarım saate yakın bekledim. Çok fazla hasta yoğunluğu yok sebepsiz yere hekimin kapısında beklemek can sıkıyor. Niye beklediğimi anlamak adına tekrar bankoya gittiğimde telefonla iletişime geçip beni muayeneye aldılar.Konum olarak güzel bir yerde böyle butik bir hastane olması harika ama çalışan personelinde çözüm odaklı olabilmesi ve baktıkları ekran dışında etrafta hastalarıda takip edebilmesi gerektiğine inanmaktayım. Daha yoğun çalışma ortamlarında çalışmış bir emekli olarak bu yorumu yapabilme hakkını hissettiğim için yazıyorum.Bundan sonra bu hastaneye yine giderim hekimden aldığım hizmetten memnun kaldım. Teşekkürler ?
I worked in the hospital for many years and now I am retired. I have some knowledge of how things work in hospitals. I had a control examination in obstetrics. Dr. Gülcan Kocaoğlu Hekimoğlu was extremely sincere and interested. I was very satisfied. But I waited for almost half an hour to get an 11:00 appointment. There is not a lot of patient density, it is annoying to wait at the doctor's door for no reason. When I went to the counter to understand why I was waiting, they contacted me by phone and took me for examination. It is great to have such a boutique hospital in a beautiful location, but I believe that the staff should be solution-oriented and follow the patients around, apart from the screen they look at. I am writing because I feel the right to make this comment as a retiree who has worked in more intense working environments. Thanks ?
