I would like to share my disappointing experience that I found online and went because of high scores. First, me and my family did a graduation photo shoot with him. I was satisfied with both the photos and the shoot. Afterwards, I wanted to repeat the same shoot with my group of 5 friends. But unfortunately, this second experience was not positive at all. He had shared my photos on 2 Instagram accounts (6 posts in one and 9 posts in the other) without permission. And of course there are also pinned stories and reels. I told him very politely that I did not want him to share it and asked him to remove it. And frankly, having said that, I immediately thought you'd remove it. He didn't answer me for several days. Then I wrote again, called a few more days, and when he finally answered, he said he would remove it if I was too bothered. I thanked him and asked him to remove it. But then I couldn't reach him. He hasn't returned my calls or texts since then. Although me and 4 other friends tried to reach us many times, we never got a response from both instagram and whatsapp. Finally he told a friend that he was going to delete my photos 'in order', not in bulk. Again we didn't say anything. And it took 1.5 months for him to remove the photos from his account, which we don't know yet if he removed it from there because he hid his account named Ozelgunumuz. Then I realized that some of my stories and reels were still on his Instagram account, and I respectfully asked him to remove it again, but it was still on his account and he never replied to us. Thereupon, my friend wrote that since we could not reach him in any other way, he commented under the reels that these reels were shared without asking us and that we asked him to remove it. However, he himself removed my friend's comment from the bottom of the post, instead of removing the post. This last act really surprised us. Also, another important point is that we were only able to receive our photos, which he said he would deliver in 10 working days, after 1.5-2 months, when he was shooting with us. Although he said that they would give a print as a gift in addition to the photo shoot, I guess because I did not want my photo to be shared, we were not contacted about the print, nor did we receive our photos on the promised date. I don't want a print mask after this time anyway, I just hope they remove my posts from their accounts because if they don't, we will complain to the necessary institutions. Really, I've never made any negative comments about any institution or person here before. But since I could never reach them, I had to write in case they see it from here and maybe take it into account. Otherwise, even though I have a bad experience with someone's job etc, I don't make comments like this, but I was forced to make this comment because unfortunately I can't reach them from anywhere else. Although we paid only for the photo shoot and only for the delivery to 'us' when we were shooting (we paid the money directly in cash after the shooting, without taking the photos), even if the person who shared our photos said, "out of respect" thousands of times, for 2 months, after sharing them, that they did not want it. This institution, which insists on not deleting it and we could not reach them in any way, really disappointed me. I really don't think these behaviors fit ethical and professionalism.

I'm giving 1 because no lower than 1 star was given or I wouldn't have given it either. Yes, the quality of their photos can be considered above average. However, this is a criterion that will be valid if you can receive the photos because you have to do forty somersaults in order to receive the photos from them. In our own experience, we received the promise that we would receive the money in 10 working days after we paid the money immediately after a smooth shooting. However, these 10 working days mean a little over 1.5 months in practice. We have learned this through them. The human condition, of course, may be delayed, but here a much bigger problem arises: YOU CANNOT FIND A CONTACT. Everything is fine until we get the money agreed for the shoot. But after that, the door is the wall. Your messages are never answered. Even though we tried to reach 5 friends many times, they NEVER answer any of our phones. In addition to all these, they see no harm in using your photos in various media, even if you do not have permission despite the money you give. They shared my friend's photos on Instagram without informing him, on 2 different accounts, 6-7 posts per account, and as much as Stories. We were not informed about this and we could not reach them when we asked for it to be deleted, and when we somehow commented on their posts, the very disgraceful reaction we got was the removal of our comments. I want to write to them from here, they are reading here: if our images continue to remain on your pages, we will now complain through official institutions and we will never let go of this. If you do not want to have nervous stress, you should definitely stay away. It is not a place without alternatives and has nothing to do with professionalism.
