On 26.10.2021, me and my wife were treated and paid our fee, even though the Dr we chose was not. We asked for an invoice at check-out, they said we cannot issue a paper invoice, your invoice will come via e-mail. They still haven't sent it, they still haven't sent it even though I sent an e-mail again and asked for my invoice. The treating Dr, instead of listening to the patient, is in the trouble of lecturing himself. I am not satisfied, so I give 1 star, I do not recommend. I'm thinking of making a complaint to the necessary authorities about the invoice.

They are not professionals at all. Then dr. They directed Kubilay Bey. He did the tooth extraction. Kubilay Bey was better than him. But there are other things that I can't write here yet. That's why this place doesn't deserve even 1 star

I went 3 times for my mother, wife and son. Special thanks to Mehmet Rıza Bey. However, three days ago, my son fell at school, his tooth was broken. He had broken two teeth before, another orthodontist treated him, he said that even minutes matter, thankfully, no tooth loss was found. We met with Mr. Ismail, we explained the situation, he said you will wait, there are people waiting. The orthodontist was not there that day, so we went to another polyclinic, luckily we didn't wait. I think it was a great negligence to be told to wait before looking at the patient who has fallen and may have a fracture, and not to be told that there is no orthodontist. If it had not happened to us before, I wonder how many hours we would have waited and then they would have said that we cannot do it here, go to another orthodontist. Until a few months ago, only İsmail did the first examination and made a treatment plan according to the situation. If he still is, he is busy, İsmail Bey is also nervous.
