I took ma vaccine there, feeling so good now

The worst hospital here. And very expensive. Absolutely useless doctors. We went there 3 times and not 1 time get any help. They took a lot of money from us and didn't help me. All meds that was prescribed to me was not related to my sickness. I am not recommending this hospital!!!

Excellent staff! especially Op. Dr. Imad Salih , he is very talented and passionate at his work. My mom was in a very critical condition and he saved her life and now she is better than ever. He is also very knowledgeable and was able to answer all my questions. When you are with Op. Dr. Imad, rest assured you are in good hands.

Dont recummend this hospital i had a bad experiance with an employee while i am paying for my wife's operation fees ,they were treatinge me badly and they wanted to take an extra money from me although i had a private insurance if i didnt insiste that i should have a discounted she would let me pay about 1500 Tl extra. Then she called to check about my insurance and it turns out that i am right and even after she learnt that i am right she didnt even apologize and continue with her aggressive behavior. I complain about her but it seem the managment dont care about customer because next day i went again to pay another charge she was again telling me to bring the interpreter with me because she has my case number i was learning her the job that she does i provide her my ID telling her that if she write my ID number it will apear for her on the system. She didnt thank me noo instead she told if you have the ID why didnt you provide it. Imagine its a private hospital.

A traumatic experience from the start. You have to pay in advance for any procedure in a slow bureaucracy which defeats the purpose of urgency -- chronic shortness of breath. Then came the cardiologist who without studying my medical history or checking my veins went ahead and tried angiography from three different spots in quick succession without anesthesia! The pain was excruciating for over one hour. To add salt to injury he left the operation theatre saying he couldn't get a penetration! No options were offered. I knew then I had to transfer to a hospital in istanbul where the doctor did the procedure in 30 minutes but after two days of preparation. It was day and night between the poorly equipped hospital in Yalova and the super advanced Acibadem in Istanbul. Inexperience and carelessness against a Swiss clock operation. My response to your explanation: my shortness of breath was not treated. I had to call Acibadem to send an ambulance to take me there where I spent a week at intensive care. My main issue is your cardiologist performance and his carelessness and lack of thorough preparation, something that was efficiently performed by Acibadem. Thank you.

Great hospital - Excellent doctors - clean Have great patient rooms and tea shops down like Starbucks . Unfortunately - hospital is expensive - nurses take too long to come if you talk at the reception floor desk . Better click the help switch in the room . They will come immediately . - language is a big issue . Most only speak Turkish

Such a wonderful hospital, I am from Australia and had an interpreter Derya, she stayed with me the whole time, when I woke from my surgery she was beside me ready to translate and also to comfort me. The nurses were great and my surgeon dr Sadik was great, I had no complications at all and he was very thorough. The hospital was very clean and it snowed while I was there so the view from my window was exceptional. I’m planning to go back in a year to have another small procedure done. Thank you to all the staff who made my visit pleasant.
