SGK anlaşması yok, özel sağlık sigortası da geçmiyor, sigorta şirketine göndermeniz için epikriz raporu veriyorlar. Doktor Hanım ve hemşire yardımcı oldular, ihtiyacımızı gördük. Teşekkürler.
