★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Oğlumu kulak burun boğaz doktoru hüseyin yamana götürdüm kontrol muayenesine gittiğimizde kendisi çok kaba ve ilgisiz davrandı. Doktordan korkup ağlayan oğlumun sakinleşmesini beklemek yerine aşağilar gibi senimi beklicem diyip kabalaşıp konuştu. Ve sorularima hiç düzgün cevap vermedi resmen başından atar gibi arkasini dönüp başka şeylerle ilgilendi. Hiç memnun kalmadım ve çok kaba birisi kendisi.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ hayatimda gordugum en kotu hastane hizmetiydi.kuzenimin dogumunda refakatci olarak kalmaya gittim.en tecrubeli dedikleri ebe hemsirenin terbiyesizlik derecesinde kaba bir sekilde beni sanci odasindan kovmasi ,kuzenime dr dan izinsiz dogumu hizlandirici mudehalede bulunmasi sonucunda berbat bir dogum gecirdi.sayisini bilmedigimiz (2 kere sordum soylemediler)dikis ve cok fazla kanama ile sezaryenden beter bir normal dogum gerceklesti.dogumun gerceklestigini bebek aglamasina kulak misafiri olarak farkettik 1 bucuk saat boyunca haber verilmedi bebekte gosterilmedi.bilgi isteyen akrabalarla dalga gecildi yuzlerine gulup hicbir sey soylemeden gidildi.ebe hemsire bebegin kulagina ezan okunurken bile mudehale etti sebepsiz bir nefretle dolu asla yenidoganlarla calismamasi gereken bir insan.yenidogan cocuk doktoru hic bir muayene yapmadan bebegin iyi oldugunu soyledi ve gece bebegin sekeri dustu farkedip seker tahlili istemesek cok ciddi sonuclanabilirdi. kaldigimiz odanin pisligi, koltuklarin arkasindan sakiz cikmasi ,coplerin alinmamasi,refakatciye yemek yastik vs verilmemesi ,hemsirelerin gece cagirmadan kontrole gelmemesi tuz biber oldu.bir daha asla tercih etmeyecegiz sikayetimizi de bildirdik ve her mecrada anlatacagim bu olanlari.aldiginiz para ile verdiginiz hizmet arasinda bin kat fark var kesinlikle helal etmiyoruz.

Standart kontrolden sonra bize tlfnunu verip 7/24 ulaşabilirsiniz dediği halde ertesi gün çocuğumuzda başlayan hastalık şikayetleri için iletişim kurduğumuzda önemli birşeyi yok acil bir durum yok haftaya olan kontrolde bakarız dediği şeyler yüzünden 17 günlük şuan yoğun bakımda yatıyor. Kesinlikle tavsiye etmiyoruz ve asla Allaha havale etmiyoruz çocuğumuz sağlığına kavuştuğunda bütün evraklarla birlikte önce sağlık bakanlığına sonrada yasal hakkımız olan mahkeme yollarına başvurucaz...

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Güler yüzlü personel ve doktorları ile güzel bir hastane yalnız özel sigortalı müşterilerinin işlemlerini yapan banko yetersiz çok sıra bekleniyor. Birde yine özel sigortalı müşterilerine tahlil yapmadan önce o tahlili sigortasının karşılayıp karsilamayacagini önceden öğrenmek için düzenli bir sistem yok .istanbul pendik adatip da bu prosedür vardı umarım yakında burda da olur. daha önce hastanenin karşısında ücretsiz otopark vardı artık ücretli olmuş.

والمترجم علي خدوم جداً والدكتور المختص بالمسالك البولية مريح بالتعامل و مبتسم دائماً العملية كانت ناجحة كل الشكر للدكتور و المستشفى و المترجم ظروري بالمستشفى لان اللغة التركية صعبه و غير مفهومه و ما ياخذ فلوس لان تبع المستشفى و اسعرهم ممتازة بالنسبة للكويت ٠ (٥٥٣) ١٨٧ ٥٨ ٤٣ ٠٠٩

Bu kez Kayınvalidemizin rahatsızlığı / tedavisi için onkoloji bölümündeyiz Hizmet kalitesi , tanı ve tedavide çok başarılı olmaları , Güler yüzlü personeller hastanın kendini emin ellerde hissetmesini sağlıyor. Özel sağlık kuruluşları anlaşmaları mevcut. Şehir merkezinden bu bölgeye toplu taşıma araçları / Minibüs var. Bölge çok hareketli olduğundan otopark sorunu yaşanabiliyor. Aracınızı biraz uzaklara bırakabilirsiniz.
