 I asked for a product. For example, it is a product that should be in every hardware store. We did not even offer an alternative, saying there is no alternative. However, every hardware store has screws. There is a nail and hammer. He said there is a hammer, but he said it is by weight. I think the company seller should explain the situation in a more polite way without turning the customer away. Unfortunately I can't give points.
