★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fetih caddesi ile Karakayış caddesinin kesiştiği yerde bulunan Celikkayalar Avm önceleri biraz kötü yönetiliyordu. Fakat yaklaşık en az 5-6 Ay önce müdürlüğe başlayan arkadaşla birlikte olumlu yönde çok güzel değişti.Su an ki personelde çok ilgili ve sakallılar. Reyonlar çok iyi dizayn ediliyor.Sebze meyvalar çok taze ve kaliteli. Kısaca şu an ki mudur beyin yönetiminde tüm personele teşekkür ederim.Gercekten işlerine ve müşteriye çok ilgiler

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Celik kayalar market degil konyanın mahallenin bile marketi olamaz raflardaki fiyatlar ile kasadaki fiyatlar kesinlikle farklı. Baget but aldım 9.99reyonda kasada 12.9 itiraz edincede özur diliyolar seslenmesem benden 5 lira fazla alacaklar yazıklar olsun.
Celikkayalar is not a market, it is not even the market of Konya, even the neighborhood. The prices on the shelves and the prices in the cash register are definitely different. I bought drumsticks at 9.99 counters, 12.9 at the checkout. When I objected, they apologized. If I didn't call, they would charge me 5 liras more, shame on me.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fetih caddesi Araplar kavşağındaki çelikkayalar AVM den 22/12.2018 tarihinde aldığım 20 adetlik bir paket malı 60 TL'ye sattılar bana. 15 dakika sonra adese markette aynı ürünün 42.99 TL'ye satıldığını gördüm.
Yani çelikkayalar market 17 TL daha fazla pahalı fiyata satmış oldula aynı ürünü. Tabii ki çok fahiş fiyata satıyorsunuz diyerekten malı tekrar iade ettim.2 liraya da 3 lira bir fiyat farkını anlarım ama aynı ürünün başka marketlerde 17 TL daha ucuz olduğunu görünce artık Çelik kaya'lara gidesim gelmiyor bu karışıklıktan maalesef köşeyi dönme derdindeler.
They sold me a package of 20 pieces that I bought from Çelikkayalar AVM at the Arablar crossroads on Fetih Caddesi on 22/12/2018 for 60 TL. After 15 minutes, I saw that the same product was sold for 42.99 TL in the market.
In other words, Çelikkayalar market sold the same product for 17 TL more expensive. Of course, I returned the product because you are selling it at a very exorbitant price, I understand a price difference of 2 liras and 3 liras, but when I see that the same product is 17 TL cheaper in other markets, I do not want to go to Çelik rocks anymore, unfortunately, they are concerned about turning the corner.

Özellikle sebze reyonundaki ürünler hep pörsümüş ve bakımsız kalmış.Müşterinin yüzüne gülmüyor mallar.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Çelikkayalar'dan yıllardır alışveriş yaparım. Diğer şubelerine göre burası daha küçük sanırım. İçerde dolaşırken sağa sola çarpmamak diğer müşterileri rahatsız etmemek için çok çaba sarf etmek gerekiyor. Ürün yelpazesini biraz daraltmanızı ve içeriyi bir parça dahi olsa ferahlatmanızı tavsiye ediyorum. Pandemi sürecinde tüm çalışanların maske takması da benim için olumluydu.
I have been shopping from Çelikkayalar for years. I guess this place is smaller than the other branches. It takes a lot of effort to avoid bumping other customers while wandering inside. I recommend that you narrow the product range a little and refresh the inside even a little bit. It was also positive for me that all employees wore masks during the pandemic process.
