★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ürünümüzü Rüzgarlı'daki bayiden aldık. Belirtilen günde gelip montajı yaptılar. Tertemiz, hızlı bir çalışma oldu. Biz memnuk kaldık.
We bought our product from the dealer in Rüzgarlı. They came and assembled on the specified day. It was a clean, fast work. We are satisfied.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Banyoma yapılan duşakabin camı çizikler içinde, duşakabin teknesinin neden silikon gölüne döndüğünü sorduğumda bizim çıta istediğimize dair tercih bildirmediğimiz belirtiliyor ancak siparişi alan sekreter bir seçim yapmamız gerektiğini dahi belirtmemişken. Zaten ana sorun müşteriyle iletişim kuran sekreter ilgisiz, sorumsuz, doğru yönelendirme yada bilgilendirme yapmıyor sanki müşteri siz değilsinizde oymuş gibi davranıyor. Sonraki süreç dahada kötü servis hizmeti tam bir felaket. Yapılan duşakabin su sızdırdığı için banyom su içinde kaldı ve servis sadece haftanın bir günü geliyor dendi işten izin alıp tüm gün boyunca servisi bekledim her aradığımda gün içinde gelecek dendi akşam saat 19.00' da hala gün bitmeden gelecek deniyordu saat 21.00'de geldi. Özel hayata saygı sıfır servisin o saatte gelmesi normal kabul ediliyor. Berbat bir firma hem ürün, hem hizmet, hem servis, hem müşteri ilişkileri. Ben bir hata yaptım başkalarıda yapmasın diye hayatımda ilk kez yorum yapıyorum.

I made a mistake, I am commenting for the first time in my life so that others do not.
