★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Müşteri aracımı buraya getirdi. Enjektörlere bakılacak, sağ-sol ön fişekler bozuk, araç yağ kaçırıyor dediler aracı alacak olan müşteriyi kaçırdılar. Ertesi gün servise götürdüm dediklerinin hiç birisi çıkmadı. 300 TL ekspertiz raporu ücretini ben ödemek zorunda kaldım. Ekspertiz raporunu ve servis ustasının yorumunu fotoğraflara ekliyorum. Buranın ekspertiz işinden anlamadığı gayet açık ve net.
The customer brought my vehicle here. They said that the injectors will be checked, the right-left front cartridges are defective, the vehicle is leaking oil and they missed the customer who will buy the vehicle. The next day, none of what they said I took to the service came out. I had to pay the appraisal report fee of 300 TL. I attach the appraisal report and the service master's comment to the photos. It is quite clear that this place does not understand the expertise business.
