★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Buradaki daireler ev sahibinden değil emlakçıdan kiralanıyor , bir sorun olduğunda emlakçıyla muhatap olmak zorunda kalıyorsunuz ve ve her nasılsa emlakçılar evde çıkan bütün sorunları evin altyapısı ile ilgili bile olsa kiracıdan bilip ona ödetiyorlar , muhatap olduğumuz kişiler çok kaba saba insanlardı , telefonda biraz konuştuğunuzda ne demek istediğimi çok rahat anlarsınız , diğer memnun kalınan yorumlar gerçeği yansıtmıyor , komşularımızdan da biliyorum hemen hemen herkes şikayetçiydi. Biz hakkımızı haram edip Allah'a havale ederek çıktık , kesinlikle tavsiye etmiyorum , gerekirse tramvaya biraz daha yürüyün ama burayı tutmayın .

Tramvay-Otobuse veya ana caddeye yürüyerek 5 dakika mesafede olup konumu nedeniyle ulaşım sıkıntısı yaşamazsınız.Kisaca Talas'ta alınacak güvenli bir yer.
