Dün 2 kişi gittik. Bir kişi de 15-20 dk sonra bize katıldı. Oldukça geniş bir mekan. Tavanı açılan sigara içilecek bir bölümü ve otoparkı da var. 2 kişi oturup diğer arkadaşı beklerken servisi açtılar. Masaya salata, turşu, tereyağ-tulum peyniri, yoğurt, acılı ezme , soğan ve salata getirdiler. Bir kişi daha gelecek servisi 3 kişi açın deyince 1 servis daha açtılar. Servisi açarken bir küçük sepet lavaş ve pide karışımı ekmek getirdiler. Pideler soğuktu. Lavaşlar da hem beklemiş hem de kuru. Turşunun içinde kıl vardı. Bunu değiştirin deyince ikiletmeden değiştirdiler. Sebebini de sormadılar. Bu arada ne yiyeceğimizi sormadılar. Menü de vermediler. Bir kişi daha beklediğimizi söylememize rağmen bizim tabaklara birer cağ kebabı bırakıp gitti eleman. Uyarımız üzerine cağları geri aldılar. Birkaç dakika sonra masaya sıcak lavaş bıraktılar. Lavaş soğumasın diye ufaktan başladık. Tereyağ ve tulum peynirini beğendim. Acılı ezme vasattı. 3.kişide gelince cağ kebaplar gelmeye başladı. Kebap lezzetliydi. Etin sinirleri ayıklanmıştı. Biz cağlara başlarken masaya Gavurdağı Salatası geldi. Ben son gelen arkadaşın gelirken sipariş verdiğini sanmıştım. O da bizim söylediğimizi sanmış. Sonradan iş anlaşıldı. Gavurdağı Salatası vasat altıydı. Bir arkadaşımız cağ kebabının Tatar (ekstra pişirilmemiş) olmasını istedi. İlk cağ öyleydi. Sonraki tam pişmiş geldi. 3.cağ yine tatardı. Cağ kebap üzerine katmer yedik. Katmer oldukça ince ve güzeldi. Ağır değildi. Boyut olarak büyüktü. Tüm bunlardan sonra 10 cağ + 2 katmer + 1 Gavurdağı Salatası+ 2 şalgam+1 ayran + salata+yoğurt= 339,00 ₺ hesap geldi. Mekan güzel, et lezzetli ama servise dikkat etmeleri gerek...

By the way, they didn't ask what we were going to eat. They didn't give a menu either. Although we said that we were waiting for one more person, the employee left a cag kebab on our plates and left. Upon our warning, they took the ages back. A few minutes later they left hot lavash on the table. We started small so that the lavash wouldn't get cold. I liked the butter and tulum cheese. The spicy pate was mediocre. When the third person came, the cag kebabs started to arrive. Kebab was delicious. The nerves of the meat were stripped. While we were starting the ages, Gavurdagi Salad came to the table. I thought your last friend was ordering on his way. He thought we said it too. It was settled later. Gavurdagi Salad was below average. A friend of ours wanted the cag kebab to be Tatar (not extra cooked). That was the first age. Next came fully cooked. The third age was Tatar again. We ate katmer over cag kebab. Katmer was quite thin and beautiful. It wasn't heavy. It was large in size. After all this, 10 cağ + 2 katmer + 1 Gavurdagi Salad + 2 turnips + buttermilk + salad + yoghurt = 339.00 ₺ account came. The place is nice, the meat is delicious, but they need to pay attention to the service...

Nice restaurant with good service to try the local dish: Cag kebap. Cag kebap is a meat made of lamb and grilled similar to doner kebab but rolling on a horizontal axis instead of vertical.. Highly recommended.

Only one meal on the menu. .. ?? They specialise in Çağ Kebab.....As soon as you sit at the table a guy with a tray walks up and fills it with two types of salad, hot chilli sauce, pickles, fresh yoghurt, bread, home made cheese and butter...Then another guy walks around serving scewers of meat one at a time until you can't squeeze any more into your belly??.... The food is delicious This place is a must if your anywhere near it... As a drink I would recommend the Ayran, as it's home made.
