Personeli çok kaba, "senli benli" konuşuyor.
Mecbur kalmadasaydım biletlerimi iptal edecektim...
Firma Yetkilileri umarım bu yorumumu dikkate alırlar.
As someone who loves Diyarbakır very much, I was not satisfied with the company.
The staff is very rude, talking "you and me".
If I didn't have to, I would cancel my tickets ...
I hope the Company Officials will take this comment into consideration.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Her bakımdan kötü bir yolculuktu. Seyahata 15 dk kala arayıp "sizi toki durağından alabiliriz" dediler. Taksiyle 35 TL. Bir daha gitmem sizinle.
It was a bad trip in every way. They called 15 minutes before the trip and said "we can pick you up from the toki stop". 35 TL by taxi. I will not go with you again.

Credit cards are not valid at the ticket sales point in Erzurum bus station. They direct people to the common ATM. I don't think anyone will get on it unless they have to. Our expectation from the owner of the company is that this problem will be resolved.
