Daha önce çalışmış biri olarak iş öncesi yeterli eğitim verilmiyor ve en ufak hatanızda savunma veriyorsunuz. İnsan kaynakları zaten gülünesi :). Çok eski mazisi var diyorlar ama bana göre kesinlikle çalışılacak bir yer değil.Depo bölümünde çalıştım ve inanilmaz çok pislik, bakımsız bir yer.Depo dediğin düzenli tertipli olur.. Su baskını oluyor yerler pislik içinde yürüyemiyorsun bile.
There is little to no institutionalism and they act amateurishly on some issues. They did not fulfill the promises made before they got the job. As someone who has worked before, adequate pre-job training is not provided and you give your defense at the slightest mistake. Human resources is already laughable :). They say it has a very old history, but in my opinion it is definitely not a place to work. I worked in the warehouse department and it is an unbelievably dirty, neglected place. Warehouse is orderly.
