★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bad writing English (emails). Bad speaking Russian (in office). I booked a car at summer 2017. When I came into an office at a pick-up time they refused to rent the booked car because of "you are russian, you looks strange, russians like to drink and drive, russians like to do safari. go away. sorry". So that refuse broke my plans seriously.
And the last one, that induced me to create this review:
They just sent me an ad email with other 50 email adresses and names as open list. So they do not bother if they clients list is open or not.
So, be careful, and be prepared to get refuse.
