Приятное чистое,и уютное место. Вежливое обслуживание. Одна из сотрудниц говорит по русски, все рассказала подробно. Мы брали пакет номер три - сауна, пилинг , массаж и мыльный массаж. Забота тотальная) и воды в сауну принесли и халат надели, что раз полотенце поменяли на сухое, чай , кофе. Все супер! Единственное, мне не хватило просто в хамаме с паром посидеть. 10 минут с начала в сауне, потом в хамам. Хамам без пара, сразу ложишься и получаешь пилинг специальной рукавичкой. Помыли тебя после и сразу на массаж забрали. Так с рук на руки передают, по конвейеру)) после массажа - пенный массаж и мытьё. Снова нет пара. После уже финиш, комната отдыха и чай кофе. Я бы попарилась между походами туда сюда, минут по 10-15. Раздевалка со шкафчиками с ключами. Халат, полотенца и одноразовые тапки выдают

Me and my friend went there yesterday and chose the “standard” one. Sauna and vapor bath was nice and clean (really hot!). However, while we were in the vapor bath, the receptionist woman called us to go to hamam. As we went, the woman asked us to put off our bikinis but we prefer to wear them. the total hamam session last maybe 15 minutes, she was angry (maybe she was tired or not on her day) and used the same materials including “kese” (bath sponge) for everyone! I saw another comment about it and now im sure they are not changing it. After bath&sponge I asked to stay little bit more, because in Turkey, hamam means having bath without rush! but she rejected it. Afterwards we start waiting for the masseuse almost 20 mins (the employees were having dinner, wish we could stay in hamam while waiting!). it was my first massage experience so I do not know how good or bad it is, but it was relaxing in general. Lastly, thanks for the beverages. my experience was okay, except the hamam which was not clean or relaxing at all. Considering the price/performance ratio, I do not think I will go there again. But thanks for the service!

My first experience in Turkey with Otto spa and beauty center was one of a kind , must visit ! The employees and the manager Huda was beyond hospitable and welcoming from the first step in the spa!!! Prices are very reasonable and location is ideal !

Thanks to Ms. Huda for good welcoming and hospitality, i came with my friend without appointment to discover the place she helped us, the prices was nice , the place was clean with all drinks tea ,coffee , juices. clean and good service ,smiles employees with professional massage , thanks to Mr. Carolin too , the sauna and Turkish Hammam was good. i recommended I found it suddenly looking for place to rest and relax and i was great experience…

Very relaxing environment. Huda customer service really impressive. She make me really comfortable and explained everything and of course cup of coffee with Turkish delight was best. Massage wasn’t this which I’m looking for but still I enjoyed sauna and Hammam. See you again in my next visit. :)
