Bana vermiş oldukları eksper raporunda hatasız boyasız diye vermiş oldukları rapor tamamen yanlış çıktı. Ben hakkımı helal etmiyorum. Bana çok büyük bir mağduriyet yaşattılar. Kesinlikle hiç bir otorapor firmasına gitmeyin. Daha önceden de Ankara otorapor Çayyolu şubesine başka götürmüş olduğum bir aracın ise şanzıman sıkıntısı olduğunu söylediler. Ama aracın yetkili servisine götürdüğümde ise araçta hiç bir problem olmadığını söylediler. Otorapor firması için kesinlikle ve kesinlikle tavsiye etmiyorum.
