★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fethiye’den adanaya giderken aracımız arıza yapması üzerine saat 17:10sularında BİRMOT Antalya şubesine giriş yaptık öncesinde de müşteri temsilcisinin servise yönlendirmesiyle bu kararı aldık ve aracımızın fan regülatörünün arızalı olduğu tespit edildi ve yola gittiğimizi zor durumda olduğumuzu 18:00da biten mesaiiye karşılık aracımızı 17:30da alıp zor olan bir işi 18:00da bize vererek zoru başardılar ne kadar teşekkür etsek azdır Serdar ustaya ve araç kabuldeki hanımefendiye teşekkürlerimizi sunarız.
 When our vehicle malfunctioned on the way from Fethiye to Adana, we entered the BIRMOT Antalya branch at 17:10, and before that, we took this decision with the customer representative's directing to the service. It was determined that the fan regulator of our vehicle was faulty and we were on the road and we were in a difficult situation. They accomplished the difficult task by taking it at 30 and giving it to us at 18:00. We can't thank enough for it. We would like to thank the master Serdar and the lady at the vehicle reception.

Washing is not enough in maintenance. I had the same problem twice. My car was delivered unwashed.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Son dönemde tedarik sorunu nedeniyle içerde teşhir ürünü fazla yok, olanlarla da müşteri temsilcileri burnundan kıl aldırmıyor soru soruyorsun yüzüne bile bakmadan cevap veriyorlar ,bir nevi sallamıyorlar...Google da hiç yorum yapmayan ben bu tavır karşısında girip yorum yapma ihtiyacı hissettim... Profesyonellik kurumsallık böyle olmaz! iyi madem stokta araba yok açmayın dükkanı o zaman !!!! açacaksanız da müşteriye saygılı olmayı personelinize öğreteceksiniz personelinizi eğiteceksiniz...

If you are going to open it, you will teach your staff to be respectful to the customer, you will train your staff...

I went for routine maintenance. I went at a different time due to confusion. They helped immediately, and they always ask if someone would come and have a drink. There is never an industrial environment, but rather a gallery atmosphere. Thank you for your hard work
