Yaşlaşık 10 yıldır Bosch Servis müşterisi olan biri olarak yorumlarda hep paradan bahsedilmiş. Bugün aracınızı kendi servisine görürseniz 500 TL tutan işlemi burada aynı garanti ile 200 e yaptırırsınız. Ha köşe başı sanayide 100e yaptırırsın, 1 ay sonra bozulur Bi daha sökme takma parça verip yaptırırsın. Taktığı yan sanayi malzemeyi bilmezsin. Türkiye de otomobil parçalarını Bosch üretiyor zaten. Serviste takılan parçaya bakın Bosch yazar bir yerinde. Öncelikle burası normal köşe başı yer değil garantili, denetimli, Bosch Servisi. Ben Türkiye'de Nerde olursam işlemi mi Bosch da yaptırırım ki, İstanbulda yapılan işlemi buradaki servis görür misal. Aracımı satarken de Bosch servis kayıtlı derim, sattığım adam bulunduğu ilçede bakımları görür. Satarken de bu farkı mislini çıkarırım. Bu sebepten fiyat mukayese ederken farklı bir bosch servisi yada yetkili servis ile mukayese ederseniz daha mantıklı olur. Ayrıca gereksiz parça kimse takmak istemez. Her servis müşteri kaçırmamak için fiyatı aşağı çekmek ister. Onu İstanbulda yaşadım. Adam bir daha gelmeyeceğimi bildiği için kazıkladılar ama bu firma yıllardır burda, müşterisi de burada. Bu sebepten bazı haksız yorumları müşteri olarak çok kabul görmüyorum. Bizzat sorun da yaşadım ama hepsini çözdüler, garantiden değiştirdiler filan. Bir ürün garantiden değiştiği an beni ömür boyu kazanmıştır zaten. Takdir karar sizin. Ben garanticiyim her zaman.

Benim arkadaşım arabasını servise bıraktı 3 gün dediler tam 12 gün de anca çıktı oda sabah akşama kadar başında bekliyor dük yok guğünümüz var yok usta hasta hep oyalama taktiği bizi rezil ettiler çayları bile yok kahvede için dediler ben asla tavsiye etmiyorum ??

Fahiş fiyat ,özensiz hizmet,müşteri memnuniyeti sıfır ,esnaflık ile alakaları yok ,özellikle sahibini para hırsı bürümüş,Arabanızı ve cebinizi düşünüyorsanız kesinlikle tavsiye etmiyorum. GITMEYİN .!
Exorbitant price, sloppy service, zero customer satisfaction, nothing to do with craftsmanship, especially the owner is greedy for money, I definitely do not recommend if you are thinking of your car and your pocket. DO NOT GO .!

Here is an honest review about pros and cons of the place as a person who has been taking his car to this service for 6 years: Volkan is an experienced technician. Knows cars well, and he is good for quick chat during repairs. However today I was shocked to see my car on the lift holding onto the plastic belly guard (see picture) ruptured, he said it happened before. I don't know how he could see it and ignore it. Hood specialist is nothing but trying to drive a new customer away. I stood next to him for 5 minutes he didn't even lift his head. I changed my mind and left. As a loyal customer, today I really felt like I have been screwed. Asked for discount İ've almost been offered more, trying to consent me to pay the bill. Awkward behaviour. All in all, unless I have been offered for compensation, this will be my last time for me and the other around me.
