I went to this service from Karabuk. Indeed, there are as many comments as written here. I would like to express my endless thanks to all the employees. Both with us and with our vehicle, they were very, very interested and smiling. They offered us tea, coffee and cake in the customer waiting area. I went for 30,000 maintenance of my 2020 Egea 1.4 vehicle, but there were a few more problems, thanks to our master who took care of them. They are very concerned with the customer. They washed, disinfected and delivered our vehicle. Note: We went to the service on 05.08.2021. I had a stalling problem in my vehicle, I reported it to the service. They recorded it, but the problem of my vehicle has not been resolved. There is a problem of stopping at the lights, especially in hot weather, and it continues. Since the services are busy, they shake the vehicle under warranty, frankly, I am not satisfied. I'll sell the car as soon as the credit runs out. I will never mess with the fiat brand again. I say come and drop me off, even the equivalent vehicle is not given.
