Tıkalı kalorifer petegine dijital klima kontrol paneli değişecek diyecek kadar işten anlamaz çözüm üretmez bir yağ değişimine bin TL para alır onuda kesin yanlış koymuşlardır tekrar değiştireceğim dükkandan çıktığım günden beri araba kendinde değil Allah cikartsin o parayı gani gani sizden

ESKİ borusan yetkili servisi. Şuan ÖZEL servis olarak geçiyor.
Allah bu servisin eline kimseyi düşürmesin. Yıldız bile haketmeyen bir yer.
Seyahat gereği uğradığımız Van ilinde, aracın motor yağı değişimi üzerine "mecburi" uğradığımız bir yer.
Fakat ne olduysa daha sonrasında yaşandı. Araç düzenli olarak İstanbul Borusan Yetkili Servisinde bakımları yapıldığı ve yeni çıkmış olmasına rağmen Borusan'ı karalayıp araçla ilgili gereksiz detaylar söylenilip, küçük işlerden büyük kazançlar elde etmeye çalışan bir servis.
Sonuç olarak, yağ filtresi, hava filtresi, sözüm ona elzem bir problemlem gibi gösterilen "kartel kapağı muhafazası" işlemi, "cam suyu",... derken 1.635 tl lik fiyat çıkardılar.
Ödeme işlemini mecburi kartla yapmak istediğimizde pos cihazının çalışmadığını söyleyip, 1.635tl yi nakit ödememizi talep ettiler ve bizi saatlerce beklettiler.
Servis Sahibi Ali Sömer o sırada orada değildi ve durumu izah etmek için istediğimiz cep telefon numarasını şirket numarası olarak verip bizi saatlerce kişisel numarası zannettiğiniz numarayla oyaladılar. Ve saatler sonunda nihayet başka bi yerden kartla ödemeyi teklif ettiler ve oradan ödememizi yapıp ayrılabildik...
Bir daha ASLA uğramayacağımız bir yer.

In the province of Van, where we stop by for travel, it is a place where we "forced" to change the engine oil of the vehicle.
But what happened happened later. Despite the fact that the vehicle is regularly maintained at Borusan Authorized Service in Istanbul and it has just been released, it is a service that tries to make big profits from small jobs by slandering Borusan and telling unnecessary details about the vehicle.
As a result, they quoted a price of 1,635 TL when they said oil filter, air filter, "cartel cover guard" process, "glass water", which was shown as a so-called essential problem.
When we wanted to make the payment with the obligatory card, they said that the pos device was not working and demanded that we pay 1.635 TL in cash and made us wait for hours.
Service Owner Ali Sömer was not there at that time and to explain the situation, they gave us the mobile phone number we requested as the company number and kept us busy for hours with the number that you thought was his personal number. And after hours they finally offered to pay by card from another place and we could pay and leave from there...
A place we will NEVER visit again.
