★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Eylül başında Opel Crossland ilanı için Oto Bianco'dan Onur beyi aradığımız andan itibaren bizlere güven verdi, satış için abartılı konuşmalar yapmaması, herşeyi olduğu gibi açık açık anlatması ve ilk araba alışımız olacağından çok şüpheci ve detaycı davranmamızı gayet doğal karşılayıp her türlü şüphemizi giderdi. İstanbul'dan gideceğimiz için gitmeden arabanın her türlü kaydını görmek istedik, servis kayıtlarına kadar her şeyi paylaştı, arabayı video ile detaylıca gösterdi vs.
Misafir gibi davranıp yoğunluğu olmadığını dilersek havalimanından alabileceğini bile söyledi.
Yüzyüze ofislerinde tanıştığımızda da kendisinin de babası Kemal beyinde çok düzgün esnaflar olduğuna kanaat getirdik, noterde de bizim taraftan ödeme ile alakalı problem yaşadığımızda probleme çözüm getirerek alışverişi tamamlamamıza yardımcı oldular.
Onur beye ve Kemal beye çok teşekkür ederiz, arabamızı uygun fiyata ve güvenle aldık, keyifle kullanıyoruz.
 From the moment we called Onur from Oto Bianco for the Opel Crossland announcement at the beginning of September, he gave us confidence, he did not make exaggerated speeches for the sale, he explained everything as it is, and it was our first car purchase. Since we were going from Istanbul, we wanted to see all kinds of records of the car before we left, he shared everything up to the service records, showed the car in detail with a video, etc.
He even said that if we wanted to act like a guest and not be busy, we could pick him up from the airport.
When we met face to face in his offices, we were convinced that his father, Kemal, was a very decent tradesman, and when we had a problem with payment from our side at the notary, they helped us complete the shopping by solving the problem.
Thank you very much to Mr. Onur and Mr. Kemal, we bought our car at an affordable price and with confidence, we are using it with pleasure.
