The beds were clean, but that was it. The bathroom smelled really bad. We arrived late and left early, so that was alright.

Very clean. Very friendly staff. Consistent breakfast and a good neighbourhood. Also the price is reasonable. Top pick!

Great budget hotel with exceptionally friendly and accommodating staff, comfortable beds, and generous breakfast. Also, a close walk to the mosques, madrasas, and restaurants of Downtown Erzurum.

The room was ok and the price was super ok, the only comment was the smile of the room was full of smoke, beside than this location, staff and prices are auper nice for some one who needs just a place to sleep

Beautiful and clean rooms, very helpful and friendly staff. Nice breakfast with enough food so you don't get hungry 10 minutes after. Comfortably close to the trainstation. In short happy to have stayed here.

PROS: We liked being able to walk easily to the more populated areas and see more city life. We liked that our room had 4 beds, enough for our whole family. We liked how big the room was and there was space. The overnight front desk staff (he had one eye) was really friendly. CONS: The daytime front desk staff who checked us in was not very friendly. He also was upstairs at the breakfast area the next morning. He never smiled at us and barely talked to us, it was like we were an inconvenience. Our room was not that clean. It seemed like they cleaned after the last guests and then just left it for however long until we came. There was a layer of dust everywhere. The trash can in the bathroom looked like it had never been cleaned too, it was gross. There was no shower curtain so everything in the bathroom got completely wet, we couldn't store anything in there. Breakfast was meager. We only stayed here one night and one night was enough. We will pick a new place to stay next time. We were surprised they were rated so high on Booking.

Stayed for 1 night at this hotel, and can really recommend this place. Good location, staff is very friendly and helpful. Also price is very reasonable.
