★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Otelde iki gece konaklamış biri olarak olumlu ve olumsuz şunları söyleyebilirim: Olumlu olarak; ilk önce fiyatı gayet iyi, merkezi konumda ve kahvaltısı da fena değildi. Olumsuz olarak ise; 'tertemiz' yorumlarına aldanıp gidip pis bir oda ile karşılaşmak çok kötüydü.Tozlar alınmamış,tuvalet banyo çamaşır suyu görmemiş vaziyetteydi resmen. İkinci gün temizlensin dediğimiz halde sadece çöpleri atmışlardı.Kars'ta anlamadığım şey şu ki zaten yılın belli dönemleri çalışıyor oteller peki neden bu dönemlerde otel iyi olmasın ki??? Birçok otelin ortak sorunu yorumlardan gördüğüm kadarıyla...Ayrıca otel ikramlarına ait hiçbir şey yoktu,bir tane dışarıda giyilen erkek terliği koymuşlardı. Zaten otelde kadın personel de kadın müşteri de görmeniz pek mümkün değil.Son olarak ilk defa böyle bir şeyle karşılaştım ki odanın içinde kocaman bir kirişle köşe kapmaca oynuyorsunuz.
 As someone who stayed in the hotel for two nights, I can say positive and negative: As a positive; first of all, the price is good, centrally located and the breakfast was not bad either. Negatively; It was very bad to be deceived by the 'clean' comments and encounter a dirty room. Even though we said to clean it on the second day, they just threw out the garbage. What I don't understand in Kars is that hotels work at certain times of the year anyway, so why shouldn't the hotel be good during these periods??? As far as I can see from the comments, the common problem of many hotels... Besides, there was nothing belonging to the hotel amenities, they put one men's slippers that were worn outside. It is not possible to see either female staff or female customers in the hotel. Finally, this is the first time I have encountered such a thing that you are playing snatcher with a huge beam in the room.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Its a perfect stay.. Anew furniture and beautiful decorations and friendly staff.. I can give it 4stars if you compare with other hotels in sane area.. It located in city center. So no need for a taxi or a car just walking should be perfect. They helped me for some plood low pressure and asked for ambulance.thanks alot
