★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Kastamonu ve Sinop’ta Yaşanan sel felaketi için yardıma gelmiştik. 15 gün kadar konakladık. Otel işletmecileri güleryüzlü ve yardımsever. Otel segmentine göre normal durumda. Kahvaltısı bir tık daha iyi olabilir. Teşekkürler
 We came to help for the flood disaster in Kastamonu and Sinop. We stayed for 15 days. Hotel operators are friendly and helpful. In normal condition for the hotel segment. Breakfast could be a little better. Thanks

Our friendly brother at the reception, who wanted a lighter, hosted very well, everything is suitable for the price, I definitely recommend it.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Resepsiyondaki bey guleryüzlüydü fakat bize verilen ikioda hiç temiz değildi. Kilamalar çalışmıyordu . Yastık yüzleri hep lekeliydi. Banyoda ağır bir nem kokusu vardı. Verdiğimiz ücrete göre değildi. Kahvaltıda hiç güzel değildi.
The gentleman at the reception was friendly, but the two rooms given to us were not clean at all. Kilamas were not working. Pillow faces were always stained. There was a strong damp smell in the bathroom. It was not up to the price we paid. Breakfast was not good at all.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Rezervasyon yaptırdığım bu otelde. Yerimiz yok 701 Nolu bu odamız kaldı diyerek. Işığı yanmayan iki kat aşağıda, bodrumda Rutubet içerisinde bir oda vermeye çalıştılar. Beğenmiyorsan al paranı git dediler. Otel müdürü ben de yandaki odada kalıyorum nesi var. Klima var yatak var daha ne istiyorsun dedi. İşletmecilik açısından çok kötü bir otel.
In this hotel I booked. Saying that we have no room, this room no. 701 is left. They tried to give him a room in the basement, two floors below, with no lights on. If you don't like it, they said take your money and go. What's wrong with the hotel manager, I'm staying in the next room. He said there is air conditioning, there is a bed, what more do you want. It is a very bad hotel in terms of business.

The owner of the business and the lady working are very friendly and good people, but the rooms and the covers are filthy.

Resepsiyondaki görevli abi çok yardimsever ve güleryüzlü
Odalar biraz küçük, eşyalar yeni.
Herhangi bir sıkintıda yardimci olmaya calısıyorlar.
Kahvaltı ve temizliğe bir tık daha dikkat ederlerse güzel olur.
Tekrar konaklanırmı diye sorarsanız tercih edilebilir ?
We stayed for 4 nights in April 2022
The man at the front desk is very helpful and friendly.
Rooms are a bit small, furniture is new.
They try to help in any problem.
It would be nice if they paid more attention to breakfast and cleaning.
It can be preferred if you ask me to stay again ?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I don't understand the negative reviews, I think the place must have been renovated seeing the pictures. I got a perfect room with a nice view onto the sea. Very modern and perfectly clean, the bathroom has even heated floor tiles, temperature in the room was perfect.
What really stands out at this place though is the extremly friendly and helpful staff! I can't emphasize enough how great they were, they made turkish phone calls for me (I don't speak turkish), helped me fix my motorcycle, tried finding parts I need,...
And still they invited me to coffee and tea so often. Even when there was an Internet outtage once (which was fixed very very quickly by professionals btw) the staff let me use their private phones as an internet hotspot.
Hands down the best Hotel I've stayed in Turkey so far, can definitely recommend it!
