★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Yolu düşüp de gitme yanılgısında bulunan varsa SAKIN GİTMESİN. Reception aşırı ilgisiz. Odalarda sıcak su yok. Sorunca da belediye çalışma yapıyor diyorlar. Yahu su geliyor. Sıcak suyu belediye mi veriyor? Yalanı bari düzgün söyle. Tuvaletler pis ve sifonu çekilmemişti. Ne mini buzdolabı ne günlük bez terlik ne de saç kurutma vb. (kısacası hiç bir şey yok). Kahvaltıda dilim kaşar, zeytin, küflü tel peynir, yumurta ve helva vardı. Bunlar Erzurum adını da kötülüyorlar. Turizm ve otelcilik bunları denetlemiyor mu anlamadım? Günümüz rezil oldu sizin olmasın...
If there is a misconception about the way to go down, DO NOT GO. Reception was overly uninterested. No hot water in the rooms. They say the municipality is working. The water is coming. Does it give hot water to the municipality? Tell me the lie. The toilets were dirty and did not flush. What is a mini fridge what everyday cloth slippers or hair dryer etc. (in short, nothing). At breakfast there were slices of cheddar, olives, moldy cheese, eggs and halva. These are also called the name of Erzurum. Didn't I understand that tourism and hotel management are not controlling them? Today is the infamous, not yours ...

Very cheap
The minimum conditions are there
Cons:
10 different WiFi networks but the staff don't know the password
No hot water in the shower (it seems it base on solar system,.even though you won't get hot water)
Very basic breakfast (had to bring my own coffee)
Go there if your budget is really limited
