This temple was built in 1630 by king Prasat Thong in khmer style. Mostly referred as a memorial for the king's mom, some historian sources mentioned it as victory symbol over Longvek city, which was then Cambodia's capital. With it's position next to Chao Phraya river, this is also an excellent spot to watch sunset.
