Osmanli Dining Hall, which offers table d'hote food service, is a place I stop by every time I go to Düzce. Meals are hearty and delicious. You fill your stomach with 4 kinds of food for 25 TL. I would definitely recommend this business, which deserves five stars in terms of price and performance.
