★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sarnıç ,Süleyman Demirel Bulvarı üzerinde, binaların arasına sıkışmış bir konumda. Tanıtım levhası yok. Ve çevresi bakımsız. Yetkililer bu eksiği görür inşaallah.
Tam bir restorasyon olmasada ;30 Ekim 1963 tarihinde yöre insanı tarafından bir tamirat görmüş. Giriş kapısının üstünede, harcın üzerine not düşülmüş. Bundanda anlaşılıyor ki o tarihlerde de hâlâ kullanılmakta imiş.
Osmanlı sarnıçları dikdörtgen planlı ve beşik çatılıdır ki bu sarnıçda bir Osmanlı eseridir. Selçuklu ise kare planlı ve kubbelidir. (Örn:Hacı Mestan Sarnıcı - Eski Varsak Belediyesi karşısı).
Sarnıçlar geçmiş dönemlerde kullanım ve içme suyu temini amacıyla oluşturulmuş su toplama yapılarıdır.
Antik dönemlerde yapılan sarnıçlar , yer altına ve kuyu tarzında yapılmış iken; Türk sarnıçlarının üstü , suya verilen kutsallık gereği olarak, mimari yapılarla bezenmiştir.
