★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 6 tane pide yapın diye not bıraktık 9 tane yapmışlar. Pidenin içi bomboş kalmış. Hamuru da ekmek hamuru gibi kalın. Eğer patron bunu okuyorsa tavsiyem şu ki bu pide yapma usulü ile çok ta tutunamazsınız.
Ama ekmek ve çeşitleri açısından kesinlikle tavsiye ederim özellikle hijyen açısından çok başarılılar
 We left a note saying to make 6 pitas, they did 9. The inside of the pita is empty. The dough is thick, like the dough for bread. If the boss is reading this, my advice is that you cannot hold on to this pita-making method.
But I definitely recommend it in terms of bread and its varieties, especially in terms of hygiene.

Geçen ay yaptırdım daha ince açılmış hamur ve içi aşırı bol olmayan çıtır citirdi.komsuma tavsiye ettim onlarda bu durum dan şikayetçi en az 25- 30 çıkacak iç hazırladım diyor 15 lahmacun geldi diyor.dun ben götürdüm en az ayni durum,yani sizden ricam ustalarımızın biraz daha özenli davranmaları.teskler
