As far as I can see, they have diligent staff. They do their best to help. The building is a bit far from the city center.

It is a big and beautiful facility. There are many areas of activity, but the service is zero, the playgrounds are neglected, the employees are very uninterested. It would be a perfect place if the construction continued in accordance with its purpose.
