I bought 30mm plate from the company that sells Osman Yıldız forest products in Kocaeli Gebze district, I had the material I bought mounted on the truck trailer as the ground, I went to load the material on the trailer, it was broken due to the quality of the material I bought during the loading phase, I had the same material that I bought from another place in the broken area, nothing happened about it. In my conversation with the company, they said that the manufacturer of the material they sold did not stand behind the penny integrated product and that there was nothing to do and that they would not be able to refund my 720 TL money I paid.
