We wanted Çiğköfte, a single lavash was sent to us without asking. The portions were very small and we were not satisfied.

Due to covid, instead of going to the branch, I wanted a package service to my house, which is 5 minutes away. For 4 dürüms, they asked for 1.5 times the price of what they normally charge, and there was only raw meatballs in their dürüm bread, no greens or sauce was added. Fiasco
