I rented a Susuki Samurai for 4 days. I can tell you that unit (likely +15 years old model) was in a incredible bad condition. One thing is having an old car for renting, and another strictly different is having it in those conditions for consumers: (i) the canvas-roof was old and it fell from its position several times; (ii) the air system didn't work properly; (iii) the air temperature control stick was broken; (iv) the gloves compartment didn't even had its door; and (iv) the driver's door got stucked easily so you had to open it sometimes from the outside. Even when the "meet and greet" service provided by the young boys at the airport was gentile and efficient, the call service was completely the worst: the guy at the phone (who was the only one able to speak english) was truly rude and unproffesional. He didn't listen (and just hang up the phone saying that they were busy) when I was trying to explain to him that I was charged the navigation system (that they never gave me) and that I could notice it from the bank info. Even if they were right, and if was my mistake this simply can not be. It is awful. Finally, even when I accepted the price (168€ -so I not arguing it- with an extremely abusive exchange rate -6.5 TL p. € when the official is no more than 6.0-) I can not stop warning you guys that, overall, a car like that simply can not be rented at such price. They work with cars and make profits from their services - the minimum you can wait is that they make minimum investments regarding all aspects of the car, not only on the engine. With the same amount you can get an small 2015 4x4 many other countries. I have rented cars in several countries from America, Oceania and Europe and I can say that this have been one of the worst experiences I ever had. I even took pictures of the interior due to the surprise I had.

My experience with this company was the single worst experience I have ever had in all my years of traveling. Please do not even think about renting a car from them as they are unsafe and dangerous with violent and aggressive staff. They provided a car for us at Dalaman airport via a broker agent (Pandora) and the car broke down late at night (past midnight) near Kalkan when the clutch appeared to malfunction with a horrible burning smell and the car breaking down. When we called them they just said to abandon the vehicle, get a taxi and call them in the morning. Luckily we were near our rental accommodation and managed to get the car to the villa. The next day they sent a representative. He offered to provide a larger and more luxurious car for an extra £100. They delivered an old Renault traffic which wouldn't even fit the car seat for our baby and had done 150,000 miles. We took it out that day and on the way back on a coastal highway (D400) going downhill towards a bend the brakes failed completely. Luckily there were minimal other cars and only the use of the handbrake at 70mph and good driving of my husband that we did not crash over the barriers or into another vehicle and die. We called the rep from earlier. When he arrived he tried to blame my husband's driving and even though he could see clearly the brakes had no resistance he drove it a few metres and decided the brakes were now working (cars may have intermittent brake failure but this is still very dangerous to drive) and he insisted we drive it back. When we refused and reiterated we have a small baby and a whole family and he needed to provide transportation or that we would report him to the local police he became threatening. He threatened to bring 100 men to our villa and attack us and stated that his family had links to the police and we would be detained. We calmed him down enough to obtain transport back to our property and he repeated his threats again when he dropped us off. Our family party consisted of one man, one young boy, two young women, one elderly woman and a baby. I spent the rest of the trip fearful for our safety and reluctant to inform the police of these threats on the small chance his claims were true. We tried to get our money back from Oscars rent a car and Pandora and they flatly refused and ended up blocking our numbers. What kind of company gives you two cars that break down and are almost fatal in how unsafe there are and refuse to refund you. This rental car company provides unsafe vehicles that are not maintained effectively. They refuse to acknowledge problems with their vehicles. Do not waste your money. Do not risk your safety. Please go and take your custom elsewhere. We lost almost £300 but almost lost our lives because of them and I want to ensure others do not take that risk. This is an absolutely disgraceful company and it is no exaggeration that our holiday was ruined because of their actions.

There is a good rental office. The order was made through the website, a quick response and voucher followed. The meeting was fully consistent with the order. The car was clean, technically ready, all agreements were met. The return went through without any problems. I recommend Oscar Rent A Car.

I have rented 2 different cars over the period of 3 months and everything was fine. When you have questions, they have an english speaking contact in Whatsapp who quickly replies. For a service fee they even bring the car you want to your place. I regularly recommend Oscar to friends and they have all been happy too!
